Nic’s real estate experience dates back to 2012, originating out of Norwood, South Australia. The transition to Melbourne occurred in 2016, triggered by an opportunity to work within a dynamic Melbourne retail focused team – a long term passion.

For the past 7 years Nic has specialised solely on the sub $15 million Melbourne & Mornington Peninsula High Street Retail Investment market, where he acted for predominately private Melbourne based families, receivers & corporate advisors. This experience coupled with a high level of focus and adept knowledge of the High Street Retail Market culminated in 170+ property transactions, 85%+ via auction.

Nic understands the importance of process, communication and ‘hard work’ in real estate. Together with the wider team, Nic will continue to work with retail owners to maximise returns for their property holdings and to educate new & existing investors on the qualities of High Street Retail Investments.
